Step 1: Check the Physical Mute Button
Use the Mute/Unmute Button on the Headset
- Press the mute button once to toggle mute/unmute.
- On some models, the mute icon blinks red or shows a red LED when the mic is muted.
- If pressing the button doesn’t unmute, continue with the steps below.
Step 2: Unmute from the Calling App
In Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, or Others
- Teams: Click the microphone icon during the call.
- Zoom: Press the mic icon or use
Alt + A(Windows) orCmd + Shift + A(Mac). - Some apps override headset buttons-mute status must be changed in the app itself.
