Netflix Doesn’t Work on iPad – How to Fix It

If Netflix is not working on your iPad, it may be due to network issues, app glitches, outdated software, or account problems. This guide provides step-by-step solutions to restore Netflix functionality.

Check Internet Connection

  1. Open Settings > Wi-Fi.
  2. Ensure your Wi-Fi is connected and stable.
  3. Try switching to mobile data (if available) or a different Wi-Fi network.
  4. Restart your router if the internet is slow or disconnected.

Restart the iPad

  1. Press and hold the Power button until the slide to power off appears.
  2. Slide to turn off the iPad.
  3. Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
