Can’t Connect to Netflix – How to Fix It

If you can’t connect to Netflix, the issue may be caused by network problems, Netflix server outages, device settings, or app issues. This guide provides step-by-step solutions to restore your Netflix connection.

Check If Netflix Is Down

  1. Visit Netflix Status Page.
  2. If Netflix servers are down, wait until they are restored.

Check Your Internet Connection

  1. Open Settings > Wi-Fi on your device.
  2. Ensure you are connected to an active internet connection.
  3. Try switching to a different Wi-Fi network or mobile data.
  4. Restart your Wi-Fi router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

Restart Your Device

  1. Power off your phone, tablet, TV, or streaming device.
  2. Wait 30 seconds, then turn it back on.
  3. Open Netflix and try connecting again.
