If Spotify is not uninstalling from your device, it could be due to software restrictions, background processes, or corrupted files. This guide provides step-by-step solutions to remove Spotify from Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS.

Uninstall Spotify on Windows

Use Control Panel
  1. Press Windows + R, type: 
    appwiz.cpl
  2. Press Enter to open Programs and Features.
  3. Find Spotify, right-click, and select Uninstall.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete removal.

Force Uninstall Using Task Manager

If Spotify is running in the background, it may prevent uninstallation.

  1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
  2. Find Spotify in the Processes tab.
  3. Right-click Spotify and select End Task.
