Check If Device Management Is Enabled

Before removing device management, check if an MDM profile is installed.

Steps to Check for MDM on Android
  1. Aberto Configurações
  2. Ir para Security & Privacy
  3. Torneira Device Admin Apps
  4. Look for any active device administrator apps
  5. If an MDM profile is listed, it is managing your device

If you do not have the option to remove the profile, the device is likely under strict management policies.

If you have permission, you can manually remove MDM from your device.

  3. Tap the MDM app and select Desativar

  4. Confirm the reset and wait for the process to complete

Steps to Factory Reset Android via Recovery Mode

If you are locked out of the settings, use Modo de recuperação to reset the device.

  1. Desligue o telefone

  3. Release the buttons when the Android Recovery screen aparece

Se Depuração de USB was enabled before the device was managed, Android Debug Bridge (ADB) can be used to remove MDM.

Steps to Remove MDM Using ADB

    adb shell dpm remove-active-admin com.example.mdm
  4. Restart your phone and check if MDM is removed

This method only works if Depuração de USB was enabled before the device was locked by MDM.

Use Third-Party MDM Removal Tools

If manual methods do not work, some third-party tools claim to remove MDM. Common options include:

  • iMyFone LockWiper (Android)
  • Tenorshare 4uKey para Android

These tools may work depending on the Android version and the type of MDM installed.
